This project involved the full redevelopment of a vital community clinic. We successfully managed a phased decanting of the existing facility relocating operations and essential services to a nearby temporary site to ensure uninterrupted patient care. Once construction was completed and commissioning done successfully, we relocated the facilities back into the new structure. Now a prominent local landmark, it delivers lasting healthcare access and sets a new standard for community focused infrastructure.
